Prick Tunes: Glen Hansard "Philander"

As was covered here a couple weeks ago, Glen Hansard has a new solo album entitled Rhythm and Repose. Well, it comes out today, kids. Why don't you rush on out to your local independent record store and get yourself a copy? Or if you hate independent record stores or live in some remote part of the world that doesn't have record stores, get it here. In the meantime, here is one of the singles from the record, "Philander."

Prick Tunes: Glen Hansard "Love Don't Leave Me Waiting"

On June 19th, Glen Hansard will release his first proper solo record, Rhythm and Repose on Anti-. For those of you who may not know who Glen Hansard is, he was the long-time frontman of The Frames who then starred in the film Once opposite Markéta Irglová with whom he started touring as The Swell Season and with whom their relationship and eventual break-up was then documented in the film The Swell Season. If you don't know what any of that stuff means, you can go screw (or better yet, educate yourself).

"Love Don't Leave Me Waiting" is the second advance single from his forthcoming record (the other being "Philander," which will be up here on the date of the album's release). Do it.
